if you have only ground on hand, then use only 1 teaspoon

you may use “regular” oregano if it is what you have on hand

Instructions
Step 1
1. (Optional) Add oil to the pot and brown your chicken. If using the Instant Pot, this can be done using the "saute" function.
Step 2
2. Briefly remove chicken, add onion and pepper and saute for about 30 seconds.
Step 3
3. Add citrus juices, spices, and jalapeno. Return chicken to the pot.
Step 4
4. Seal your pressure cooker and set timer for 9 min. Release using natural release.
Step 5
5. (Optional) Remove chicken again. Shred and add to a foil lined baking sheet. Broil on high until crispy.
Step 6
6. Serve with tortillas and any desired toppings.
