Instructions
Step 1
Cut pineapple in half and hallow out the center, set aside in fridge until needed

Cook rice
Step 3
While the rice is cooking, clean your shrimp
Step 4
Season shrimp with lite salt, pepper, tumeric, garlic powder, onion powder, a bit of cilantro and parsley flakes
Step 5
Cut your onions into small pieces and leave them to the side for when ready to cook them
Step 6
Cut your sausages and set aside
Step 7
In a pan, add a little oil (no more than the cap on the oil bottle), add your shrimp to the pan and cook
Step 8
Remove cooked shrimp from pan and set aside

Clean pan and add oil again
Step 10
Add sausages to the pan and brown the edges a little

Removed browned sausages and set aside

Add onions and mixed vegetables to pan and cook until soft (this is also where you would add in pieces of pineapple if you’d like cooked pineapple)

Once vegetables are cooked, add in the cooked rice to the pan

Mix in the rice and vegetables while adding in the soy sauce until the rice becomes a light brown, be sure to taste as you add more.
Step 15
Once the rice has good flavor, add in the shrimp and sausage and mix together
Step 16
Add portions into hollowed pineapple and serve! :)
