Instructions
Step 1
Make zoodles out of zucchinis (chop the top and the bottom of the zucchini and then grate carefully).
Step 2
Mix ricotta, parmesan, egg, basil, garlic and seasoning in the bowl.
Step 3
Put the mixture in the centre of two zoodles (they´re making a cross), and then fold the ends of zoodles to create a package.
Step 4
Create as many packages as you can and then put them in a bowl. Pour over them the sugo sauce and then sprinkle the shredded mozzarella on top.
Step 5
Bake 20-30 minutes at 180°C and then serve.
