Step 1
Make sure oven rack is in the lower 1/3 of oven. Preheat to 400 degrees F.
Step 2
Lay pita rounds on 2 large baking sheets. Pour 1/4 cup of pizza sauce on each round and spread evenly.
Step 3
Top each round with 1/4 cup of cheese and add veggies.
Step 4
Bake until cheese is bubbly and golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.
Step 5
Remove the sheets from the oven. Cut each pizza into 6 slices with a knife and serve immediately.
