Instructions

Step 1
Melt 1 1/2 tablespoons butter in a pan over medium-low heat.
Step 2
Add half of the sliced baguette and pan fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown and toasted.
Step 3
Flip and continue to pan fry for an additional 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and transfer to a cooling rack (or large plate).
Step 4
Repeat steps 1-3 with remaining butter and baguette.
Step 5
Top each crostini with a smear of goat cheese and top with a slice of pear and piece of prosciutto.
Step 6
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with crushed pistachios. Serve.
