Instructions
Step 1
Prep the plate with a humus and pesto bed
Step 2
Boil 1/2 cauliflower
Step 3
Before it's completely ready add 1/2 onion with the cauliflower
Step 4
Cut 4 straps of bacon into little pieces and fry it in a pot
Step 5
When the bacon is almost ready, add one can of chickpeas and a diced garlic
Step 6
Serve the Chickpeas and bacon over the humus bed
Step 7
Add olive oil and a spoonfull of mustard to the cauliflower, mix and serve around the plate
