Air Fryer Spinach and Artichoke Stuffed Chicken

Step 1
In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, parmesan, garlic, lemon zest, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and a few grinds of pepper.
Step 2
Lightly coat an air-fryer basket with cooking spray. Place spinach in basket. Cook at 400, tossing half way through, until spinach is wilted, about 4 minutes. Add spinach and artichokes to cheese mixture and stir to combine.
Step 3
Slice raw chicken open
Step 4
Sprinkle the chili powder over the outside and inside of the chicken
Step 5
Stuff the chicken with the mixture out of the bowl
Step 6
Air Fry the stuffed chicken until the internal temperature hits 167 degrees.
