Instructions
Step 1
• Take an empty bowl and add all the dry ingredients to it (protein powder + cinnamon) and mix them

• In a separate bowl, break the egg and mix until the yolk blends with the white

• Add the egg to the mixture of dry ingredients and mix
Step 4
• Add low-fat milk in the required amount to the mixture and continue mixing to change the consistency of the mixture from a solid to a medium-bodied liquid
Step 5
• Take slices of bread and dip them in the mixture so that they soak it well
Step 6
