Instructions
Step 1
1. Dice onion and chop carrots and zucchini into small pieces
2. Heat oil in a large pan and add garlic and onion, fry until tender
3. Add carrot, zucchini and chickpeas and fry for a few minutes
4. Add stock, water and tomato and bring to a boil
5. Add pasta, oregano, rosemary and salt and pepper and cook until paste is soft and let simmer for 10-20 minutes
6. Serve with parmesan on top
