Instructions
Step 1
Salt tilapia, let sit for 15 min. Then pat dry and split each filet in half
Step 2
Mix miso, lemon zest, lemon juice, butter, chives and black pepper
Step 3
Heat oil in pan over high heat, then cook tilapia for 2-3 min per side for the thicker filet halves and 1 min per side for the thinner filet halves
Step 4
Add some of the compound butter over filets so that it melts
Step 5
Serve with lemon wedges
