Step 1
Mash up avocado and mix with the red onion, tomato, juice of a lime and a tablespoon of jalapenos juice. Stir in the corriander and a chopped jalapenos.
Step 2
Spread mixture on to 2x sliced of toasted sourdough bread and add sliced spring onions, sliced red chilli and toasted pine nuts.
