Instructions

Step 1
Cook Farro according to directions. Reduce basalmic vinegar. Both of these take about 25-30 minutes.
Step 2
Assemble your salad with all ingredients once Farro is done and balsamic glaze is cooled.
Step 3
Top with ribboned basil add salt and pepper and/or olive oil, if desired. Enjoy!
