500glean minced beef

1beef stock pot
rich

400gtin of chopped tomatoes

2 Tbsptomato puree

dried spaghetti

Instructions
Step 1
Heat a the oil in a large pan over a medium heat. Fry the onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add the bacon and any additional veg of choice (e.g. carrot, mushrooms) and fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring often, until the bacon is just cooked.
Step 3
Add the mince and brown for at least 5 minutes, stirring often and keeping the heat medium-high. Add the stock pot directly into the pan and mix in well.
Step 4
Add in the tinned tomatoes, tomato puree and season well. Cook with a lid on for 10-15 minutes, stirring every so often and checking that the mixture doesn't stick.
Step 5
Serve with cooked pasta and grate fresh parmesan on top.
