Instructions

Step 1
Drain tuna water from can and add 60g of tuna with cooked rice.

Toss in chopped green onions. Then add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp sesame oil, 2 Tbsp of mayo and mix.

Step 3
In another bowl, whisk 2 eggs with a pinch of salt.

Turn up your pan to low-medium heat. Once it's heated, evenly coat a generous amount of cooking oil.
Step 5
Using a spoon, get a Tbsp of the egg mixture and pour in a straight line. Repeat so you get a thicker line.
Step 6
Roll and shape the rice into small balls. Place one on the end of the egg mixture.
Step 7
Using your chopsticks, roll the egg and rice ball together. Make sure to do it when the egg is 70% cooked.

Repeat and serve with ketchup on top!
