This is a hardy warm soup for those cold winter days. It has depth of flavor. It’s beefy, and veggies and would be served great with a warm crusty bread.

Instructions
Step 1
Take hamburger meat out from package spread out on plate season meat by using one Tbsp Of Oregano, Italian Seasoning, onion powder, black pepper. 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp. Cumin, make mini flat little patties the size of half dollar, fry on both sides for 5 to 10 minutes.'Drain off fat set aside. Take rolled Italian sausage put in baking dish drizzle with olive oil season with a sprinkle of onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. When finished, slice on the diagonal. Take 3 peeled carrots 3 celery and one onion and put in food processor and purée. Add 2 Tbsp bacon fat, 2 Tbsp. Butter and melt in large frying pan add the purée veggies sauté for 5 to 8 minutes. The last minute of cooking add the 5 minced garlic cloves cook no more than a minute. Use the largest deep pot you have. Add all the liquid broths, paste and remaining seasoning’s.. add the purée veggies. Cut up the remaining carrots and celery the same size on the diagonal bite size about 1 1/2 half inches wide, add to broth mixture bring to a boil cook until veggies are tender but not over cooked about 20 minutes. Then add beans and all the meat. Cook for a few more minutes. Now I don’t cook my noodles in with my soup, they get to mushy, I cook them in a separate pan of water and boil them for 10 minutes “al dente”, keep stirring until finished cooking . Strain noodle in colander in the sink, Shakewell till all water is released. I add a few tablespoons to my bowl and pour my soup over the noodles. I store my noodles in a separate container and add them as I need it. This makes a lot of soup you will have plenty of leftovers.
