Instructions
Step 1
Saute oil and onions for 2-3 minutes. Stir in chicken, taco seasoning, tomatoes, and green chilis. Simmer for 5-8 mintues
Step 2
Preheat oven to 350°
Step 3
Stand up taco shells in 9x13 pan and heat in oven for 5 minutes
Step 4
Spoon 1 tablespoon refried beans into each taco shell. Top shells with chicken almost to the top
Step 5
Sprinkle generously with cheese and bake for 7-10 minutes or until cheese is melted
Step 6
Remove from oven and serve with Jalapeños, sour cream, and salsa
