Instructions
Step 1
1. Make crust for two-crust pie. Set aside.
Step 2
2. Cook potatoes and onions in a small amount of water with the ½ teaspoon salt. When tender, remove potatoes and onions from water with a slotted spoon and place in bottom of pie crust.

3. Mix the flour with part of the potato water to make a paste. Use it to thicken the rest of the potato water to make a gravy.
Step 4
4. Add gravy and clams to bottom pie crust. Slice eggs over top. Put on top crust and vent. Bake at 420 to 500 for 30 minutes. Serves 6.

Step 5
If current recipe is too much for one pie, make two crusts for a second and cook two pies instead of one.
