Instructions

Step 1
crush the cornflakes in a bowl

slice the chicken breasts in half so you have four thin pieces of chicken

crack the eggs into a shallow dish

put the flour into a similar dish

Step 5
dip the chicken in the flour first, then the egg, then the cornflakes
Step 6
place a large frying pan over a medium high heat and pour in some oil

add the chicken pieces and cook for 2 mins on each side

serve on a brioche bun with toppings of choice
