Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 160°C or 320°F.
Step 2
Place silicone liners in muffin tin.
Step 3
Place all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend until they form a sticky, smooth consistency.
Step 4
Spoon the mixture into muffin tin.
Step 5
Place the tray in the oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until the muffins are cooked through and a skewer is inserted and comes out clean.
Step 6
Allow the muffins to slightly cool, then turn it out onto a wire rack.
Step 7
