Instructions
Step 1
Start cooking pasta according to directions.
Step 2
Start heating spaghetti sauce over medium-low heat.
Step 3
Heat oil over medium heat in a skillet.
Step 4
Beat 1 egg in a bowl. Layer flour on one plate, and the bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and italian seasoning on another plate.
Step 5
Pat dry the fish fillets. Coat the fish in flour, dip into the egg, and then coat thoroughly in the bread crumb mixture.
Step 6
Cook the fish in the oil for 3-5 minutes on each side, or until the crust is golden brown.
Step 7
Place the fish on the pasta, and the spaghetti sauce over as desired. Top with parmesan cheese and enjoy!
