Creamy Garlic Tomato Pasta If youโ€™re a garlic girl like meee, make SURE to try this one!! Itโ€™s sooo creamy and delicious, youโ€™ve never made a better pasta than this๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ * this pasta is called Giant Fusilli- which I got from New York. Serves 2 100-150g Pasta; boil in salted water 1tsp Butter 1tbsp Olive Oil 2tbsp Garlic; chopped 1 small Onion; chopped 1 Large Tomato chopped/ 10 Cherry Tomatoes Salt 1tbsp Tomato Paste 1tsp Chilli Flakes or more 1/4 cup Cream 1/2 cup Pasta Water 1/4cup Mozzarella cheese 1tsp Parsley; chopped Boil your pasta in salted water till itโ€™s al dente. Melt butter and heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic, cook for a minute add onions and cook for 2-3 mins on low/ medium heat. Add the tomatoes and cook for 1 min, once they soften a bit start to smash them and add salt, cook till the tomatoes soften, add tomato paste and chilli flakes, mix it add cream and pasta water, mix well add in the boiled pasta and cheese. Substitute for tomato paste- 1/4 cup Tomato purรฉe and a small pinch of sugar, cook for 6-7 mins on low heat.
