It’s best when you let the bread rise overnight so make the dough the night before. (You can let it rise for a couple hours too). Mix all flours, yeast, water and add-ins. Let rise. After it has risen, place the dutch oven in the oven while the oven is pre-heating to 450°. Once the oven has heated, place the dough into the dutch oven and bake for 30 mins with the lid on and 15 minutes with the lid off
