Preheat a fry pan over medium low heat

Combine all ingredients in a bowl

Put 1/2-1 tsp of your preferred fat into the pan

Portion potatoes into walnut sized balls and place into your waiting pan

Smash flat using a press or spatula

Cook 5-7 minutes on the first side.

Gently flip and cover. Allow to cook an addition 3-5 minutes
Step 8
