Instructions
Step 1
1. Put your pasta on to boil. Bring the mushrooms back to life in some boiling water. In a pan, fry the mince on a high heat, breaking it up with a spoon.

2. Throw in the diced onion and stir, cook until golden.
Step 3
3. Pour the porcini liquid into the pan and bring to the boil, then reduce to a simmer and leave until some of the liquid has reduced.
Step 4
Once the sauce has reduced, taste and seasoning with salt and pepper then toss in the pasta. Stir well to coat then grate in some Parmesan. Serve up!
