Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat griddle at medium heat. Sprinkle water to test if ready. Once water beads dance around the griddle, add the beef and cook for approximately 7 minutes and remove from griddle.
Step 2
2. Add onion, red bell pepper, garlic, and ginger to griddle and cook for 4 minutes.
Step 3
3. Add zucchini and squash and sauté for 3 minutes.
Step 4
4. Add hoisin sauce and soy sauce and toss until combined.
Step 5
5. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve as is, or over white rice.
