Instructions

Step 1
Pour the liquid from the can of tomatoes into a large skillet over medium heat. Set the tomatoes aside for now. Add the onion and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes longer;then stir in the tomato paste, miso, Nutritional yeinternational yeast, basil, original, red paper flakes, and date sugar. Stir in one cup of water, and then add the tomatoes and lentils, And simmer, stirringfrequently, for 15 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and the flavors have blended, adding a little more water if desired. Taste and adjust the seasonings, if needed keep warm over low heat. While the sauce is simmering, cook the spaghetti in a large pot of boiling water, stirring occasionally until it is El dente ,.. To serve top the pasta with the sauce and sprinkle with nutty Palm. Serve hot.
