Instructions
Step 1
In a medium bowl, add the flour, baking powder, and salt, and stir to combine.

In a medium bowl or liquid measuring cup, add almond milk, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla, and stir to combine
Step 3
Pour the dry mixture into the liquid mixture in thirds and fold with spatula to combine
Step 4
Let batter rest for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Pour about ½ cup (65 grams) of batter onto a nonstick pan or griddle over medium-low heat.
Step 6
Optional: add 1/4 cup Margerine for waffles
