In a 12 inch skillet, cook the sausage in the oil, breaking it into small pieces, until browned. Add onion and rosemary and cook, stirring, until translucent, then stir in the mustard; set aside. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup cooking water, then drain and return to pot. Add sausage mixture, chives and cooking water. Toss then season with salt and pepper.
