Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°
Step 2
Spray a glass dish
Step 3
Dice chicken in 1 inch cubes
Step 4
Mix salsa, water, corn, and rice in a mixing bowl
Step 5
Put cubed chicken in bottom of baking dish
Step 6
Pour mix over top of chicken
Step 7
Cover with foil
Step 8
Bake 30 minutes
Step 9
Remove foil and add cheese over top
Step 10
Leave uncovered and bake until cheese melts
