Low-FODMAP Tropical Citrus Smoothie
2 steps
Prep:10min
"Citrus fruits are a friendly staple and mini kitchens, and while they are familiar and delicious, they are also excellent sources of vitamins and minerals. Although most think of vitamin c, citrus fruits are also rich in antioxidants, B vitamins, fiber, and reduce inflammation. This recipe features grapefruit and orange but would work with lemons or limes, as well".
