Thai fried rice

Instructions
Step 1
Prep soy, fish, oyster, and hot sauce and set aside. Microwave vegetable for two minutes to thaw.
Step 2
Add sesame oil and one pad butter to hot wok. Sautee onion until clear.
Step 3
Add garlic, sautee till aromatic. Add vegetables and cook till heated thru.
Step 4
Add cooked rice. Stir/breakup until rice is separated and not clinic together.
Step 5
Push everything to the sides to make an opening at the bottom of the pan. Add pad of butter to bottom of wok. When melted ad egg to center of pan and scramble the egg only.
Step 6
Once scrambled incorporate into rice. Once fully encorporated
Step 7
Add soy mixture and incorporate fully.
Step 8
Set aside on another burner on LOW and stir ocassionaly until rice loses some of the excess moisture. Then serve
