Preheat oven to 350F
Step 1
Rinse & cut each bell pepper into about 4 slices; remove seeds. Place peppers onto parchment-lined baking dish.
Step 2
In pot, cook ground beef seasoned with taco seasoning.
Step 3
Slice jalapeño pepper; remove seeds. (If desired)
Step 4
Bake (10 min.) until cheese melts. While baking, cut avocado into cubes
Step 5
Remove nachos from oven & top with avocado slices.
