Add everything to a blender, blend well and enjoy! If you sub the water for milk, just remember to add those nutriention states to the recipe. You can make these for the freezer, just add everything except the liquid to a bag, pull out and add to blender when ready for smoothie then add in your liquids. This is great when trying to lose weight and that sweet tooth just won't let you chill. Very satisfying!
