Make salsa from anything!
Tomato alternatives: tomatillo, stone fruit, a tropical fruit, cucumber, berries, melons, whatever the hell you want. Mix and match is okay too!
Jalapeno alternatives: one of literally any hot pepper.
Cilantro alternatives: mint, parsley, tarragon, basil, anything green and fresh. It will all taste fine.

Instructions
Step 1
I have a lot of time: char everything but the herbs with your broiler, then blend
Step 2
I have a medium amount of time: cube everything for a pico
Step 3
I have no time: throw it all in the blender!
Step 4
Optional: Adjust water content. With watery main ingredients like tomatoes or melons, you may wish to strain some of the water out with a fine strainer before serving. Alternatively, you may wish to slowly add room temperature water while blending on low to reach a more flowy consistency.
