Depending on the size of the prawn balls, at least 12 can be made. Garlic is optional.

Instructions

Step 1
Mince the prawns well
Step 2
Chop onion and chives
Step 3
Crush the garlic or Chop the garlic finely
Step 4
Mix all the ingredients using spoon or chopstick in one direction until the mixture becomes sticky.
Step 5
Shape into balls using spoon and drop into boiling water. When the prawn balls are cooked, scoop to serve
