Instructions

Step 1
In a preheated oven bake the Tempayy and Capsicum with a drizzle of olive oil at 180 C for 20-25 minutes or until the Tempayy is crispy and the capsicum is roasted.
Step 2
For the dressing, cook the sliced lemons on medium heat until both sides get lightly charred. Chop them finely and add it into a separate bowl. Add tahini, honey, za'atar, salt, pepper, chopped chillies, olive oil, minced garlic. Mix everything together and add a squeeze of lemon if needed, adjust the consistency by adding a little water at a time.
Step 3
In a large bowl toss in the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, roasted capsicum, jalapeños, chopped almonds, sliced dates, peri peri tempayy cubes. When serving add the dressing and mix everything together. Top with fresh pomegranate and crispy pita.
