Instructions
Step 1
Olive oil in pan and saute onion for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
Step 2
Add rice and garlic. Cook until rice is slightly brown.
Step 3
Add 3/4 can of tomato sause, chicken broth, salt, pepper and cumin.
Step 4
Cover and cook on low for 30-35 minutes. Or cook in 325 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
