Instructions
Guacamole
Step 1
Smash the avocado with a fork.
Step 2
Mince the garlic and add it to the avocado together with the other ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Salsa
Step 3
Dice the tomato and onion. Slice the green chili and mince the cilantro.
Step 4
To a bowl add all the ingredients and mix until well combined.
Steak
Step 5
Season the steak with salt and pepper and drizzle on the olive oil. Massage the oil into the steak. Repeat on the other side

Smash 1 clove of garlic
Step 7
Heat the pan. When it is hot, add the sunflower oil. Then add the steak (leave the temperature on high). After 1 minute, turn the steak and add the butter and rosemary.

Fry for another minute. After frying, place the steak on a plate and let rest for 5 minutes.
French fries
Step 9
Peal and slice the potato into 0,5 thick pieces.

Heat the oil in a small pot. Leave the heat on high. Add the potato slices and fry for about 3-4min until crispy and golden brown.

Slice the steak.
Step 12
Spread the front center of the tortilla wrap with sour Creme and guacamole.

Top it with the salsa, french fries and steak.

Sprinkle on the cheese.
Step 15
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 16
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
