Instructions

Guacamole

Step 1
Smash the avocado with a fork and mice the garlic.
Step 2
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

Salsa

Step 3
Chop the tomato, onion and parsley.
Step 4
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

Steak

Step 5
Season one steak with half the salt and pepper and drizzle on 1 tbsp olive oil. Massage it into the steak. Flip the steak and repeat on the other side.
Step 6
Heat the sunflower oil in the pan. Leave the heat on high. Add the steak and fry for about 2min. Then flip the steak.
Step 7
Add the butter, rosemary and smashed garlic. Fry for another 2min. Meanwhile puree the butter with a spoon over the steak. Repeat several times.

Fries

Step 8
Peel and wash the potato. Cut it into 0,5cm thick slices.
Step 9
Heat the oil in a pot. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the potatoes and fry for about 4-6min until crispy and golden. Season with salt.

Burrito

Step 10
Spread the front center of the wrap with the sour cream and guacamole.
Step 11
Top it with the salsa, cheese, steak and fries.
Step 12
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 13
Roast the wrap on all sides. Enjoy!
