Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter in large skillet, season chicken breasts and brown on both sides. Remove chicken from skillet.
Step 2
Add rice, broth, juice and cilantro to skillet. Bring to a boil.
Step 3
Place Chicken on top of rice, reduce to a simmer and cover. Simmer for 20-25 minutes, until liquid is absorbed.
