Instructions
Step 1
Pour 1 cup of shredded cheese into a pan and cook on low until fully melted and browning. Remove and drape over a rolling pin to cool. (Repeat for 6 taco shells)
Step 2
Brown hamburger and add spices and diced tomatoes. Mix well and let simmer for 3 min.
Step 3
Spoon into the shells the cabbage and meat mixture and garnish with sour cream (1Tb), guacamole (1Tb), a sprinkling of shredded cheese & tomatoes and lime to taste.
