Instructions
Step 1
Brown 1 lb hamburger and drain. Add onion and bell pepper to soften.
Step 2
Add tomatoes, chilis, soy, worcestershire, hot sauce and seasonings. Add 1 15oz beef broth or 2 1/2 cups of water. Simmer 25 minutes.
Step 3
Add macaroni pasta. Simmer 20 more minutes until pasta is cooked.
