Instructions

Step 1
sprinkle steak with 1 tea southwest (or fajita) seasoning. Cook in hot oil on a large skilled (cast iron preferred) over medium-high heat 4-5 minutes each side until desired doneness. Set aside and let rest 5 minutes before slicing thinly across the grain.
Step 2
Meanwhile, stir together sour cream, 2T cilantro, 1T lime, and .5 tea southwest. serve sauce as a dip for steak.
Step 3
prepare rice according to package.
Step 4
Cook bell pepper and onion in remaining oil in skillet over medium heat until soft and browned.
Step 5
Stir together rice, peppers, onions, remaining cilantro, remaining lime, salt and pepper.
Step 6
Slice avocado and serve with meal.
