RS chili without meat
I made this to add to my breakfast. Have been through 1 1/2 years of keto, came off all diabetic meds and now solidly in dirty keto with 20% carbs, 40% fat, 40% protein daily ratio. Working to include fiber from legumes, beans, lentil (shock I know) to my diet. Almost all my carbs come from here now. Have added RS to all carb recipes now and my sugars are staying under 100 fasting daily. Will add pictures next time I make it. Hoping the app calculates nutrition details.
