Instructions
Step 1
Wash, peel and thinly slice sweet potatoes, coat them in olive oil and sprinkle lightly with seasoning mix (cumin, salt, pepper, garlic, and cayenne)
Step 2
Line sweet potatoes on a lined baking sheet and roast at 400 F for 25-30 min, or until crispy (an airfryer for 15-18 min can also be used)
Step 3
While sweet potatoe chips are cooking, prepare taco meat. Cook ground turkey, season with remaining seasoning mix and the salsa near the end of cooking.
Step 4
When chips and taco meat are prepared, layer the sweet potato chips and meat and top with your favorite toppings such as lettuce, sour cream, cheese, onion, tomato, and cilantro.
