Burmese Sesame Chicken

Step 1
combine chicken, cornflour, salt, pepper in a bowl and sit at room temperature while preparing other ingredients

Whisk vinegar, soy sauces, honey, sugar and water in a bowl
Step 3
Heat oil in a wok over medium heat for 1 min. Add the chicken when the wok is hot enough. Fry the chickens in 2 batches until nearly cooked through (1.5 minutes). Transfer to a bowl using a slotted spoon.
Step 4
Add the sauce to the wok and cook until nearly boiling (1 minute). Return the chicken over medium heat until the sauce thickens (1-2 minutes). sprinkle with sesame seeds and spring onion.
