Instructions

Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together the toasted sesame oil, ginger, dark brown sugar, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. Cover the sauce while you prepare the rest of the dish.
Step 2
In a large bowl, toss the cooked noodles with 1 tbsp. garlic-infused oil and set aside.
Step 3
In a large wok over medium-high heat, heat the remaining olive oil and add the beef strips. Stir for 4-5 minutes, or until the strips are properly cooked. Scrape the beef into a bowl and keep warm.
Step 4
Return the wok to the stove and fry the carrots and zucchini for 3-4 minutes, or until fork-tender. Toss in the beef and cooked noodles before stirring in the sauce - tossing for 2-3 minutes until everything is evenly coated.
Step 5
Serve immediately
