½ cupunsalted butter
melted
¼ cupmayonnaise
¼ cupsour cream
0.25 CupCilantro
more or less if desired
2 teaspoonsminced garlic
1 TeaspoonTajin

1 teaspoongranulated white sugar

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F

Step 2
In a 12-inch cast iron skillet or large baking dish add in thawed Corn (Pat Dry to remove excess moisture), Melted Butter, Kosher Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder and mix well.

Bake for 25-30 minutes. Every 10 minutes remove the skillet from the oven and stir well. Bake uncovered.

In a separate mixing bowl combine and mix well Mayonnaise, Sour Cream, Cilantro, Minced Garlic, Tajin, and Sugar.

When Corn is done baking, remove from the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes, then combine mixture with Corn in the skillet. Top mixture with crumbled Cotija Cheese, Lime Zest, and Tajin.
