Sauce
¼ cupsoy sauce
½ cupwater
1 Tbspwater
cold, keep seperated from 1/2 cup
3 Tbspbrown sugar
4cloves garlic
minced
ginger

1 Tbsphoney
1 Tbspsesame oil
1 Tbspcornflour
1carrot
slices halved, half moons
2 stalksbroccolini
diced

Instructions
Step 1
Cook noodles according to packet instructions. Drain and set aside.
Sauce
Step 2
While cooking noodles place soy sauce, 1/2 cup of water, sugar, garlic, ginger, honey and sesame oil in a small pan over medium high heat.
Cook for 3-4 mins, stirring, until sugar is dissolved.
Step 3
Mix cornflour together with 2 tablespoons cold water. Add to sauce and boil for 1-2 mins or until sauce thickens. Set aside.
Main
Step 4
If cooking with tofu, add in when vegetables are added.
Step 5
Heat peanut oil in a wok over high heat. Add steak, season with salt and pepper. Stir fry for 2-3 mins or until just browned.
Add vegetables to the pan and continue to cook till meat is cooked through
Step 6
Add noodles and sauce to the wok and cook, stirring, for a further 2 mins to warm through.
Step 7
Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced spring onions to serve.
