Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200c
Put wedges on baking tray, spray with low calorie oil and season. Bake for 25 minutes, turn, spray and bake for another 25 minutes
Step 2
Stir fry mince for 10 minutes, add onion and cook for 5-6 minutes, add pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes, then stir in tin tomatoes. Add spices and black pepper. Cook for 10-15 minutes until most of the liquid has evaporated. Stir in fresh tomatoes and remove from heat.
Step 3
Preheat grill to high, tip wedges into ovenproof dish and spoon over mince. Squeeze over the Primula and add jalapeños. Grill for 8-10 mins until cheese starts to brown
